Vacuum Stability Test T10 Digital
Test positions 12
Pressure transducers 0 – 1013 mbar, class 0.25
Max. temperature 135 °C

Description

The Vacuum Stability Test T10 Digital determines vacuum stability using the digital pressure transducer method. Each of up to 12 test tubes carries its own high-precision pressure transducer; the readings are captured digitally and recorded by the software.

The vacuum adapter unit evacuates all test tubes simultaneously, and the software controls the vacuum via a vacuum transducer. The sensor adapter unit powers the pressure transducers, measures vacuum and barometric pressure with an internal precision sensor, and records ambient and heating block temperature. The integrated data logger also works without a laptop or PC; data is transferred via LAN or WLAN.

Scope of delivery

  • Aluminum heating block, electrically heated, 12 bores Ø 19 mm, depth 140 mm; programmable heating controller, over-temperature protection, digital display of actual and set temperature (control accuracy ±0.1 °C, max. 135 °C), power cable 2 m
  • 12 high-precision pressure transducers 0 – 1013 mbar, class 0.25, with laser marking (number and brand) and 4 m connecting cable; calibration certificate per STANAG 4556 with reference points; vacuum connection as a vacuum-tight quick coupling
  • 12 test tube assemblies: glass tube 160 mm long, outer Ø 18 mm, adapter tube with evacuation and calibration port and special O-rings
  • Sensor adapter unit for up to 12 test tubes: power supply for the pressure transducers, vacuum control with internal precision sensor for vacuum and barometric pressure (displayed in the software), measurement of ambient and heating block temperature
  • Filling and free volume measuring station: the internal free volume of each prepared test tube is determined for every test as required by STANAG; held in a solid wooden block that shields against ambient temperature effects
  • Vacuum pump, min. 5 mbar
  • Vacuum adapter unit for simultaneous evacuation of all test tubes, software-controlled vacuum with vacuum transducer 0 – 100 mbar
  • Test tube rack for up to 12 test tubes, for safe handling and cooling of the fully assembled and wired test tubes
  • Laptop with Windows 11 Pro and recording software; integrated data logger that also works without a laptop or PC, data transfer via LAN or WLAN
  • Digital pressure transducer method
  • 12 high-precision pressure transducers with calibration certificate per STANAG 4556
  • Aluminum heating block with 12 bores, control accuracy ±0.1 °C
  • Simultaneous evacuation of all test tubes, software-controlled vacuum
  • Integrated data logger, data transfer via LAN or WLAN
